Maxwell Street Presbyterian Women

The women of Maxwell Street Presbyterian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, think mission. They support local to global projects through their fund raising. Several years ago the idea of making and selling angel pins was presented to the women as a fund raiser for the Networkers, their mission project. A few angels were designed and made. They were named after the MSPW Honorary Life Members who are now angels themselves. It allows those wonderful ladies to continue on with their commitment to Christ and the mission of the church.

The angels have been so successful that they have continued to bless MSPW’s mission work and have flown all over our country. The women are still designing new angels for sale year round. Small angels are sold for $5.00. Larger angels are $8.00. Thousands of angels have turned a one-time idea into an on-going blessing for mission.
